Minecraft Host Switch on XBOX One

Hi there, so me and a good friend of mine have been working on the same world for about 4 years. I recently moved across the country and it is harder to find times to play together, anyways it would be ideal if he could transfer the host to me? Or if I could
get a copy of the world itself. I apologize for my naivety in advance. Any help would be great!

Hello, this is possible, but you have to have a realm. If you have not yet used your realm trial you can use it for this purpose. I will link the explanation from mojang

Hi acutal, still available version on Xbox for Minecraft support Crossplay with Win10, Mobile, and Switch. So you should play with them. Realms is where you can create a world with friends and no one must be the host (in short).

it says Minecraft.. now when I try the Minecraft xbox one edition it says the code is already redeemed.. how do I switch to Minecraft xbox one edition?

There are different versions of Minecraft on Xbox One! Theres Minecraft Xbox One Version, Minecraft (compatible with pc, mobile, switch).

The Version that you say Minecraft Windows 10 its only for Windows PC.
