Minecraft Holiday Pack 2015

Hi,

i purchased and Xbox One for my 6 & 9 year olds for Christmas. After speaking with the Microsoft support team, I also bought and loaded Minecraft Holiday Pack which includes new texture packs and skins. Every time my kids exit the texture pack worlds,
all of their progress is lost.

I called Microsoft and spoke to,someone who was completely clueless. she kept answering unrelated questions I never even answered. And for a while, kept telling me I needed to pay a monthly fee for Minecraft. After about 45 minutes, I finally go her on
track. But, she then came up with the answer that I would need to sign up for an Xbox Live subscription for my 6 yr old to be able to save his texture pack progress.

This makes no sense as the texture packs are merely an add on.

Please help if you know what I need to do.

In other news the price for the xbox One has been dropped to $350 again.

December 12th SDK improves esram control

Rand Holiday 2015... that would THIS COMING holiday (8 months from now)... we just finished HOLIDAY 2014 a month ago

 

Same thing here. Why purchase the bundle only to discover that we paid for trial version add ons?

Any help here?
