Minecraft has stopped working...

If the game was credited to your account I would try to Uninstall the game then install the game once again.

i cannot see the game in my order history, so am reluctant to uninstall it because the code cannot be used again.

i have tried customer support and have only been able to do a virtual chat which referred me to schedule a call with an agent, but each time i entered my phone number i received a message saying this was unsuccessful and to try again....

I have also been in touch with a gamer but all the support provided did not resolve the issue. Minecraft has gone from loading logo page and crashing to now receiving an error code....and all suggestions on overcoming this error code have not worked.

i have already tried everything in Troubleshoot game issues and no luck...plus other games no longer play now!

i am unable to carry out the Troubleshoot digital games issues because that involves uninstalling the game. As mentioned, i cannot see this game in my order history. It was downloaded on 30 Nov 2017. I also cannot see the xbox live gold membership.

is there a fault with this xbox?

Thank you, i have also had a reply on bugs.mojang.com and said that it was a duplicate and on the original forum a lot of comments replied “thx for fixing”. I checked if it was fixed and it was. Ty.
