Minecraft has been Lost!

The HDD in my computer which had Minecraft Windows 10 Edition on it has crashed and it is now gone. I was wondering if i could recieve a new code to reiinstall it on my computer. If so it would make me and my friends real happy. Thankyou.

Account has been lost

More then likely the email you thought was associated with the original account was not the one that you used.

What you can do is contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them the gamertag for the old account and if they can verify ownership of the account they would be able to give the correct email thats associated with your original
account.

Account has been lost

so my issue is that after resetting my Xbox and going through the set up process it has created this gamertag over my email meaning that I can't get my gamertag to be added as it brings this account that it has set up and all my games were bought on my account
that isn't the one it's coming up with.

Hey there Blanton! You mention that you have purchased a new console, yes? Just wanted to note if you have completed a license transfer to this new console yet.

When checking your purchase history, where exactly did you look? One good place would be here (live.xbox.com/.../History), which should just show your movie purchases and help
you find the one you're looking for easier. If you find it on this list, you should be able to redownload it on the console.

If it isn't appearing on that list, can you confirm on
https://billing.microsoft.com that you actually were charged for this movie? Check under the Points option, and then pick the proper month from the dropdown menu and see if you can find it. If you can, please send me a little screenshot of it via PM (envelop
icon below) so I can verify this.

I did complete the purchase, I bought it a couple years back and bought a new console since. I tried to watch it and it wouldn't play it anymore. I thought the license transfer hadn't worked so I deleted it to download again and it is like I had never purchased
it but I know for a fact I did.

Are you downloading it with the account that originally purchased it? If not then there is your issue.
