    sometimes when i load up Minecraft the game sounds almost like a scratched up disk, grainy in a type of way, it usd to happen only once in a while and restarting the game works but now it constantly loads up like this, when i plugged my headset in and out it worked normally for a few quick seconds, but every other game as well as the menu is crisp and clear

    OK, I talked with Xbox customer support, and it seems that the signal is sent like a GIF, in that it is grainy at first, and then refined, so that if the bandwidth is low, there will only be the grainy picture.

    Tried this and it is still grainy. Setup to box is MyStarGold (australian).

    When Youtube comes to Xbox Live....

    If the video has youtube then yes if not then of course it will be grainy on a huge television.

    Hi there, is it only grainy when playing a game or is it the same on the Dashboard too?

    Have you tried using a different cable to see if the problem still persists, there may actually be a problem with the Xbox 360's GPU or another hardware issue which would need repairing if that was the case.

    If the Xbox 360 is still in warranty I would telephone Xbox Customer Support in your region to arrange a repair.
