    Minecraft gone from Microsoft Account


    I have been hacked this year and managed to get all my accounts back, but when logging into minecraft, it creates a new profile with the same mail and tells me I have to buy minecraft to play it.

    I still have my old billing informations and I'm trying any method to log in or connect my minecraft does not work, its also not listed in my purchase history (probably due to me buying it off of Mojang back then). I do have my minecraft ID from my login and a transaction ID of my purchase.

    Mojang support told me to contact Microsoft, which is impossible to do on their website.

    Xbox Support does not let me choose any useful options to recover my account because it just makes me create a new microsoft account, call back function does not work.

    There is no option to connect my minecraft to my microsoft account again, nor to get my "original" microsoft account back.

    I tried to log into minecraft.net , it won't work because my minecraft i migrated to Microsoft. I can't login the Microsoft account is gone. Can Microsoft redeem my account?

    The Minecraft account is from 2009, so its quite Import to me.

    okay so this is the continuation of the previos discussion i started, i had an exam so i coulnt respond in 72 hours, long story short, my minecraft account got hacked and i want it back..

    actually, my microsoft account is still there, but when i opened my minecraft launcher it said get minecraft which is very odd, then i found out that my minecraft was suddenly gone from my account, i have proof that i bought it, can i get it back by some verifications or something. I still have my microsoft account but that account dosent have minecraft...

    I'm Denis, Independent Consultant and Microsoft user.

    We don't have access to Microsoft accounts, however, if after migrating your account you have a problem, I recommend sending a message to the Minecraft support team detailing your problem.

    I have a confirmation email that I migrated my Mojang account to Microsoft in May, but I simply can't figure out what Microsoft account I used. As well, if I am using the Microsoft accounts that I believe are correct, then the license for my Minecraft account has just gone missing from my account. Please help.
