Minecraft & Gold Bundle *Ongoing Issue with not receiving code*

I participated in the promotional ad for receiving Minecraft after purchasing 3 months gold. I purchased it back on July 3rd, and now almost a month into my gold subscription I have not received the code for my game. I have spoken
with two customer care reps (The 1st rep I do not have the name, 2nd "Ed Michael") and neither have been able to solve my issue of not receiving the game. I bought gold just for this Minecraft promotion, and now I have already used a MONTH of my gold subscription
without the game I intended it for. It seems like a lot of other people are having the same issue as me, and it has not been resolved yet.

Gold + minecraft bundle

Yesterday I purchased the 'Gold + minecraft' bundle (3 month version) so me and the boys could play like the good old times. After not receiving the code over night I decided to get in touch with support and after a lengthy conversation I was told to wait
7-10 business days for the system to generate a code and to be sent to me. I am curious to why it takes this long for a code to be sent as it is really frustrating to be waiting this long for the code whilst listening to all the boys playing having fun whilst
my subscription is being wasted as playing the game was the only reason I bought it.

Gold and Minecraft bundle

I purchased Gold (12 months), when it was purportedly bundled with "free Minecraft." I STILL have not received the code and feel scammed at this point.

Customer Service said they can't help me and that I should post here. CSR was kind and helpful, but alas couldn't fix this issue

edit: i should note that I purchased Gold through an advertisement on my dashboard, where it said that Minecraft Favourites Pack came with 12 months of Gold, and Minecraft vanilla came with 3 months. I opted for 12 months, and was happy to do so. but again,
now i feel pretty scammed out of my money, unless this issue is fixed. needless to say, i'll be weary purchasing new promotions with "free bonuses" going forward

You may be a part of a different Minecraft + Gold promotion than the posts coming through here are a part of. Since you purchased on July 3rd, you should receive a code for Minecraft in your Xbox Live Message inbox by 8/15/2017 (as detailed in the terms
and conditions on the page you purchased through).
