Minecraft Glitches and the ensuing headache

I have been trying to resolve this issue since 10:30am.

Through the Microsoft store, I purchased Minecraft Master Collection AS A GIFT for my son. The code was sent to his email and activated through his account. With this collection, came multiple skins as well as 1000 minecoins for him to use for in game purchases.

Somehow, during the activation of the game, even though it was all done on his account, the minecoins ended up on MY ACCOUNT.

This was Saturday(2 days ago) that we got the game all set up and ready for him to play. We noticed he didn't have the minecoins pretty much right away, then proceeded to spend over an hour trying to figure out where they were. On a whim, my fiance decided
to try logging into minecraft using my Microsoft account. Low and Behold, the coins are there. Where they will NOT get used.

Now, as it was about 9pm on a Saturday night, I did not have the time or energy to contact support at that moment.

instead we credited his Microsoft account $10 so we could purchase him some coins through the store on the game.

Since 10:30am this morning, I have spoken to MULTIPLE customer service agents, through Microsoft, Xbox, and Mojang. For some reason. No one can help me. One even hung up on me when i asked to speak to a supervisor(that was a Microsoft tech support agent
by the name of Oliver)

I either want the minecoins that were SUPPOSED TO BE ON MY SONS ACCOUNT FROM THE START transferred to his account, or at very least the extra money i had to spend on the extra minecoins for him refunded to me, as i shouldn't have had to spend them in the
first place.

JUST TODAY, i am about 5 hours into figuring this out. I'm pissed enough, to tell EVERYONE I KNOW to never buy ANYTHING from the microsoft store, because they will take your money, mess up the transaction, tell you you are wrong, hang up on you, send you
in circles, just to have the only option left be posting on this forum that also probably cant help me. I will find everywhere that i can to leave reviews about this experience and make sure i get my point across.
