    Minecraft game supposedly not bought


    I have bought Minecraft for the Xbox one for the $4.99 on my moms account since she had it on her Xbox 360 on my console. When she went into hers to play on it, it was saying that she didn't have the game and wants her to buy it for the full $19.99. She
    has been on her account on my xbox one playing it for months. I am not sure what to do about this. I don't feel we should have to re buy it.

    I'm pretty sure Minecraft is just Minecraft. One game, Minecraft. There is also Minecraft story mode, that is a very different game, a telltale series.

    Are you sure you didn't buy it on your own account?

    You didn't need to have actually bought the game on your account to have got the discount. You need only to have played it on your account while online.

    Try putting your account on her xbox one to see if you get the option to download it.

    I bought 3 months of game pass and supposedly would get 3 months free but it didn't add it. I see no way to address it with Microsoft.
