Minecraft game missing from windows xbox app library

All purchases or codes used in the Microsoft account appear in the purchase history even if the transaction was canceled by your bank or refunded.

I recommend looking in the purchase history of the accounts you used, after locating the account that purchased the game log into the Microsoft Store app, search and install the game.

Hello and thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, this has not fixed the issue. My copy of Minecraft for Windows is still missing from my library.

Few days ago i play Minecraft without any problem. Same account, same console. I install it from store using my Xbox Store App. But now Minecraft doesn't work and Xbox allows install it onlfy from Android Xbox App. In my game library Minecraft doesn't exist rignt now, BUT in my Android Xbox App Minecraft still in my game library as purchased game.

I have the same issues here! I looked around for solutions and it seems I am not the only one who is having this problem. Updated my win 11 and all the apps from windows store, all of the sudden 2 of my recently installed games are gone missing on my Xbox App. I had, Age of Empires IV (Still can access from Xbox app library), Microsoft FLight Sim 2020 (Still can Access from Xbox app library), Mount & Blade 2 Banner Lord (Missing from Xbox App), Redfall (missing from xbox app).

Those two app I had to run it from microsoft store, or run it form windows start icon.

I do know this is a microsoft thing, as when I saw the redfall banner on Xbox app, it says "See in Microsoft Store"

This is dysfunctional!!! I can ran some app without accessing xbox store, while some requires Xbox app (e.g fs 2020, age of empires iv) as they have no separate run icon on the windows start menu!

I also notice that there are 3 topics asking the same question...

I did that, and I redeemed the code on my alt. But it still didn't give me free Windows 10 Minecraft. Am I not doing it right?

If you redeemed the Code on your "alt", then Minecraft Windows 10 is bound to that account only.

In order to get Minecraft on your PC then, you would have to open the Store app on your Windows 10 device, and in the upper right, sign out of your "non-alt" account in the store app. Then sign in with your "alt" account, and you should find Windows 10 Minecraft
in your account's library. Simply download Minecraft from the library, and you should be able to play the game on your "non-alt" account as well.

But only your "alt" account that originally redeemed the code can re-download Minecraft from the store. No one else can.
