    Hello, I am getting the error - Minecraft: Game Error: The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again. We have cleared the cache, moved all stored information to a USB an deleted it from the hard drive and saved it to a USB, removed the USB from
    the system, redownloaded our profile and still getting the same error. The game is a brand new copy bought today. We have not had this problem before now. Any suggestions? I am not sure what else to do. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Like I said, I'd call support. It may be the end for the memory unit - not necissarily the console itself.

    That's a good one for the phone support team, most likely it's related to your storage device and a format may not have been enough if it's failing.

    Never thought of clearing the cache....worth a shot. As for the error code it says:
