Minecraft friends

Hi, whenever I try to make friends or go on servers, it keeps saying how I should change my privacy settings. I went on the website it gave me, but i can't find where on the website to do it.

I went on the Xbox app (I'm on mobile) and in settings but it just gave me a privacy statement but no way to change my privacy settings. Thanks in advance
