Discus and support Minecraft friends list goes blank after 10 minutes? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My kids are playing with their friends.     Minecraft friends list goes blank after 10 minutes?


    My kids are playing with their friends. Several are on Xbox, a few are on Ipads, and others are on PCs.

    We have 2 accounts, and after 10 minutes or so one of the two accounts goes blank and all the kids will vanish from the friends list. That account in particular is then gone from all the other kids friends lists as well.

    All the privacy options are enabled for multiplayer.

    I'm not sure if its the same issue but when I pull up my friends list it completely goes offline then after about 10 minutes it starts signing in people one at a time very slowly and, I know for a fact that some of these people are online

    Your friend will need to leave the Xbox Insiders Minecraft Beta. Have them try following these steps:

    To leave the Minecraft Beta:

    1. On Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC, sign in with the account that registered for the Minecraft Beta and
      launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
    2. Navigate to Insider content > Minecraft (or Minecraft for Windows 10 on PC)
    3. Select Manage.
    4. Use the radio button to select Unenroll (Leave this preview), then select
      Done.
    5. Wait an additional 30-60 minutes after unenrollment completes (Pending no longer appears in the Xbox Insider Hub).
    6. Uninstall and reinstall Minecraft.
