Minecraft Freezing up on my account

Same as above - My mincraft keeps freezing then eventually closes the game, I have restarted, uninstalled, check the Internet connection, deleted game data, Also just reset the whole console to factory settings. Thought it was my friends realms but happing on another world also. It is a new xbox X so shouldn’t be having any issues. Please help!!

It only effects my Minecraft when I play survival. It does effect my other accounts. I am not part of Xbox insider console flighting program.

Do those games freeze up when you play? Do you have, or did you create another account just to test demos and see if the console freezes up? My last question is your part of an Xbox insider console flighting program? If Minecraft is the only game affecting your console, it's not your account. Let me provide a suggestion below

When you mention that it effects your other accounts? Could you further explain? Also, you didn't mention if other games that you play freeze up similar to Minecraft. Also, did you use the link I provided and Report a Problem? Next, I would also suggest submitting a bug report to Minecraft support . The Mojang support team may have a fix or may not be aware of this specific issue and submitting a bug report is the best way to get this issue fixed.
