Minecraft freezing my Xbox

I just started encountering a problem where my Xbox will freeze after a few minutes playing Minecraft. This only happens with Minecraft and no other games or apps.

I have an older seed that I'm building a fairly dense city in. I recently started playing in creative mode and have been adding lots elements that didn't exist in the seed originally (chiseled stone blocks, redstone lamps, villagers, buildings that reach well
past the old ceiling limit, etc). The last thing I added was some upside down stairs and now the game freezes constantly.

Are there any ways to fix this issue? Is my hard drive too full? (I only have about 600MB left free). Is there some kind of limit to the number of blocks the game can render, and would going underground and clearing everything below the surface with TNT
help? Any advice would be awesome. I really don't want to have to start over again from scratch.

Minecraft won't stop freezing...

Even when I go through the inventory tutorial, Minecraft freezes. It's only Minecraft that's freezing by the way, my Xbox 360 doesn't and I can dashboard.

Nothing wrong with your xbox but it is more to do with your Content inside your world. With newer updates to minecraft they have embedded certain firewalls so PC Content can not get coverted to Xbox as easy or at all in some cases. Certain Content or items
will freeze your world usually upon load and in most cases your xbox.

Fix:

Just get rid of what ever is the cause , take out one thing at a time and see if that's the case. Upside Down stairs maybe something that is unreadable at this time, im really not sure , but im sure that the problem lies with your content. hope this helps.

I deleted the apps on facebook. My xbox still freeze.

The console sometimes freezes at games like skyrim. But thats normal.

If I press y, the pause screen freeze and the minecraft music stopps.

My xbox keeps freezing and freezing and idk if it's cuz my world is to big for minecraft (19MB) or if it's cuz my xbox is really hot but ever sens the new update for minecraft came out it just keeps freezing as soon as I go into the world the first 2 minutes
are ok but then it freezes I have my xbox in the freezer right now cooling down and I'll try to delete some minecraft things but all I know is notch or 4j studios needs to fix this fast cuz I have a important server I'm running and I can't get it running if
this keeps freezing I have found a little something that helps if you go into your game save right away and move a little then save do this about 10 times and it should not freeze but keep saving ever once awhile

I am playing on a iphone SE. There was no problem when I FIRST played Minecraft. But when I signed in to the Xbox live in Xbox.com, My Minecraft freezes so when I installed Minecraft, it looked like this problem.
