Minecraft freezes after I click on Play game at menu?

After today's update, when i start up and click on play game at the main menu it just freezes... music keep playing but nothing else happens. I tried quitting it and restarting, turning the xbox off and on and nothing :/. I was playing fine last night, any
ideas?

Minecraft Xbox 360 Freezes

Hello everyone. I have this problem on Minecraft where when I click play game, it freezes. It's the same for mini-games too, the loading screen freezes. I have tried clearing the cache, but no luck with that. Many thanks.

my minecraft freezes at the menu after i push the A button on play game can you help fix the problem i have done everything on help menu and reinstalled the game to no affect

First thing to do is try a hard restart. Keep the power button pressed in for about 8 seconds. Then you might have to delete and reinstall. Just the game first not your saves.

This problem has happened to me before also, maybe try reinstalling minecraft if all else fails.

ive done all these before unfortunately- the game doesn't crash or freeze, it just starts loading when I click play, then goes back to the main menu.

Since the update of yesterday, mine freezes at the main menu :\

i remove the update, play offline and after the "autosave freeze" i lost my caracter...
