minecraft founders cape removed from my minecraft bedrock account

to who ever this may concern; my name is Tadhg or better know as grandpa bosk, some time ago my Founders cape was removed from my account for no reason, I definitely was playing at the time when I got it as I even have the 10-year anniversary world, but I can't find the founders cape in any section including the "my content section" I am hoping that it would be added back to my account as I had so many good memories with that cape. also something to as is that I had read a thread talking about the same issue in 2023 as it seems that the support member was wiling to relist the cape,"https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...appeared/d9379994-e74a-4ca6-a0a6-14ff08681ed8"

    Thanks /grandpa bosk

    :)

    My Minecraft founders cape disappeared

    Hi 4mlevvy!

Thanks for reaching Microsoft Community. We're here to help and let's work on this together.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Minecraft founder's cape. One possible reason for this issue is that the founder's cape may have been removed from your account due to a violation of the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA). Another possible reason is that there may be a syncing issue between your Microsoft account and your Minecraft account.

To resolve this issue, I recommend that you try the following steps:

    1. Check your Minecraft account settings to see if the founder's cape is still listed as one of your owned capes. If it is not, then it may have been removed from your account.

    2. If the founders cape is still listed as one of your owned capes, try logging out of your Minecraft account and then logging back in. This may help to refresh the syncing between your Microsoft account and your Minecraft account.

    3. If the issue persists, you can contact Minecraft support for further assistance. They may be able to help you recover your founder's cape or provide more information about why it may have been removed from your account.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Greetings,

    RodelioP.

My minecraft founder cape is gone and I remember getting it along with the pancape but it's not appearing on my xbox or pc how do I get it back

    Hi
My name is Rishabh, I hope you are doing great out there. I’m happy to help you with your question.

If you've lost your Minecraft founder's cape and it's not appearing on your Xbox or PC, here are some steps you can take to try to resolve the issue:

    -Check Minecraft Account:
Ensure that you're using the correct Microsoft account that was associated with your Minecraft founder's cape. Sometimes, using a different account can lead to not seeing the cape.

    -Reboot Minecraft:
Sometimes, a simple restart of the Minecraft game can help refresh the cosmetics and show any missing items.

    -Check Mojang Account:
If you received the founder's cape, it should be associated with your Mojang account. Log in to your Mojang account (the one linked to your Minecraft account) and check your transaction history or account settings to confirm that the cape is listed.

    -Check for Updates:
Make sure that both your Minecraft game and the platform you're playing on (Xbox, PC) are updated to the latest versions. Updates can sometimes resolve cosmetic display issues.

    -Check Game Settings:
In Minecraft, go to the "Profile" section and make sure that cosmetic items, including capes, are enabled in your game settings.

    -Wait and Be Patient:
Occasionally, cosmetic items like capes might take some time to appear due to server syncing. Give it some time and check again later.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks and regards

My Minecraft Java Home and Menace capes are STILL not in my account.

    Hi Attackeh,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you redeemed a Minecraft cape and it's not yet showing in your inventory.

Minecraft events and promotions often award capes that you can equip on your character to show your participation. After a cape is granted or you redeem a code, it appears in the dressing room of your Minecraft: Bedrock Edition profile. Capes are often granted to Minecraft: Java Edition profiles at a later date only after participation ends.

If you want to receive your cape on your Minecraft: Java Edition profile sooner, you can try to activate it by signing into Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Here’s how:

Wait for notification that your cape was granted or redeem your code.

    Start the Minecraft Launcher.

Sign into the Launcher using the Microsoft account you use to play Minecraft.

Start the latest release of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

Select Dressing Room and locate your item in the appropriate section.

Exit Minecraft: Bedrock Edition after you verified that your item is available in the Dressing Room.

Sign out of the Minecraft Launcher and close the application.

Restart the Minecraft Launcher and sign in again with the same Microsoft account.

Select Minecraft: Java Edition in the Launcher.

    Select Skins.

Highlight the skin you are currently using.

    Click … and select Edit.

Click your cape and select Save & Use.

It is important that you sign out and restart to make sure Minecraft: Java edition reconnects and finds your cape. If the process above doesn't work, you may need to wait until the official Minecraft: Java Edition cape grant after the event or promotion end date.

    Regards,

    Alvaro
