Minecraft for Windows 11 will not load any of my data.

Hi all,

So I suddenly had multiple problems with Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Windows 11.

First off, it will not keep me signed in when it should, but when I do login, none of my stuff loads.

I can't play on my realm, none of my purchased skins are available, none of my texture packs are downloaded, and it also shows that I don't have any subscriptions (I have a realms subscriptions). I have tried restarting my computer along with reinstalling Minecraft but nothing has worked. I have also went on my phone and Switch and everything is fine, the only problem is with my PC.

How can I fix this?

I appreciate it. For us to isolate the issue, can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com and https://account.xbox.com/profile to check if there will be no error or issue?

I would also appreciate it if you can try another Microsoft game just to check if the same issue will occur.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly repair the game by following the steps below:

Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search for the game > Advanced Options > repair. After that restart your PC before trying the game again.

Ok, so I'm back to my original problem, but repairing did not fix the situation unfortunately.

EDIT: It just randomly started working again. Thank You for your help!

Unfortunately this did not work. The new problem is when I try to sign in it get stuck on "Signing in with your Microsoft Account" screen.

I have tried repairing and resetting (I only access Cloud data through the app) and this problem still persists.
