Minecraft for Windows 10 won't run, update, or uninstall

Both Minecraft for Windows 10, which I own, and Roblox are malfunctioning. Neither will update or open and when I try to uninstall them I get error code 0x80073cfa. If I try to update through the Store, I get error 0x80073cf9. I even tried to manually go through the Registery and delete all keys related to Minecraft and encountered multiple entries that Regedit would not allow me to delete. I have downloaded the "install and uninstall troubleshooter" but neither Minecraft nor Roblox appear on the list of apps and I have no idea where to find the Product code that it asks for next. I have run the update troubleshooter and all Windows updates are current.

I've now uninstalled Minecraft, but now i cannot reinstall it.

Windows Store gives the message "Minecraft for Windows 10 won't run on this device."

Welcome to the community. How are you?

Maybe you find something corrupt in your system. Run an in-place upgrade and see if it fixes the problem.

Thanks for the response. I suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the Xbox Live app itself. And yes, you should uninstall and reinstall the Minecraft for Windows 10.

So uninstalling/deleting XBOX games from my computer, will not compromise the operation of my laptop windows 10 Lenovo ideapad 110 computer; such as windows updates?

No, it won't. Just make sure to uninstall those through the Windows 10 option instead of just deleting the files.

Both the iPad and Windows 10 box in question have been updated. Both are running minecraft 1.16.
