    Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection request refund not working


    Hello,

    I brought recently the Minecraft Starter Edition and I noticed that I didn't receive the 700 coins. After trying several methods, reading the forums, and contacting Mojang, the issue was still unresolved and I made a Refund request using the Virtual Agent.

    My request was denied even if no evidence or further details were requested. How should I contact Microsoft or what should I do? Can you help me?

    PS: After this issue, I also don't want this Minecraft Version anymore and instead opted for the Java version. It's annoying that you can't contact any Microsoft or Xbox support team, only the Virtual agent.

    There are two versions of the Minecraft Starter Collection: one for Windows (Minecraft for Windows Starter Collection) and one for Xbox (Minecraft Starter Collection).

    If you purchased the Minecraft for Windows Starter Collection (which is not compatible with console), you would need to ask for a refund of it and then purchase the right version for the console.

    To ask for a refund of the game, please go to:

    https://xbox.com/refunds

    Just sign in with the Microsoft account that made the purchase and you should be able to ask for a refund.

    When buying 'Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection', you will only have the game for Windows 10.

    It looks like you redeemed Minecraft Starter Collection, not Minecraft for Windows Starter Collection. The one you redeemed is the console version of the game.
