Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection missing Minecoins

Hi there,

I've just purchased the "Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection" in the Windows 10 Store for my daughter's account.
I bought it for her own account, not as a gift. The purchase includes some 700 Minecoins that you can use to buy extra stuff in the ingame Minecraft markedplace, however the 700 Minecoins were never added to her account.

She already had a Windows / Xbox account beforehand that we had added to her iPad Minecraft game. Once we started the Minecraft Windows 10 edition it had synced her account from her iPad purchases, we could see both previously bought packs and the newly
added packs as part of the "Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection". The only thing missing is the 700 Minecoins.

I've searched around and have been unable to find any way to contact Windows Store or the Xbox Minecraft edition support. On Mojang's website they refer to

Xbox support but all they have is a FAQ that's doesn't help.

Please advice, how can I get in contact with the correct support so that they can remedy the missing delivery?

Yes same problem here I bought "Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection" but wasn't credited with the "700 Minecoins".

Thank you for your reply.

1. I can confirm I can find the purchase on account.microsoft.com

2. I restarted the game and computer and nothing changed

3. I checked the iPad, it was logged in with the Microsoft account in Minecraft and could verify that the purchase was also available there. The skins and resource packs could be used on the iPad. However the Minecoins balance was still unchanged and was
missing the 700 coins.

I followed your link to Xbox support but am unable to get anywhere useful. Most links are related the Xbox console gaming. Every link I follow that could be related to the Windows 10 store lead me to some form of useless FAQ and then I go back in circles.
I got to a chatbot that gave useless replies and redirected me back to the same FAQs.

Please help, this is a pain.

I've had a look around and found this. Try this and let me know how you get on. I've also enclosed a link for support that worked for me for someone to contact.

If you purchased on your Windows 10 device:

Sign in at account.microsoft.com and check your recent purchases.
If you see a completed purchase, restart your device as it may need to be updated.
If you have another Windows 10 or Pocket Edition device, sign in on that device to see if your purchase appears there.
- If the purchase appears, there may be a problem on your device. Make sure that you’re signed in with the same account used to complete the purchase.
