Minecraft for Windows 10 Coins

So I bought coins in game for my Minecraft Windows 10 recently and before I haven't really had any problems with it. BEFORE, I received coins fairly quickly after purchasing them but this time Minecraft took my money, Microsoft posted and e-mailed me that
the purchase went through and after a few hours the purchase was taken out of my back account. Sound normal right? I paid for coins? NOPE! No coins. I was ROBBED with no compensation and NO help from Microsoft support. They can't do ANYTHING for me because
it was an in game purchase (for a game they're associated with and profit from by the way). So the support guy I'm talking to suggest I go to Mojang and speak to them about it. I get to Mojang support, find an article explaining my exact issue of buying coins
but not receiving them. They instruct me to restart my device (done), log into the account I purchased the coins on (done), and it neither of those worked... GO TO XBOX SUPPORT! I'm LIVID! This is ridiculous that I can't get help for a mistake THEY made. I guess
I'm at fault too for being stupid enough to actually waste my money on a broken system! But don't worry I was REFERRED to Mojang game developers, ok like that will help! Being put on a waitlist is really what I paid for!

Hello, I had this problem in your game Minecraft for Windows 10 , I completed a lot of achievements and it was shown in statistics that I received 1305 coins, but this is not true, I go to the store joyfully and see that I have 0 coins in my account, tell

By any chance have you tried having him sign out and sign back in his account on the game to see if this will refresh the game and show the 700 Minecoins? Is the account your grandson is using the account where the purchase was made through?

Hi GingerSnark,

Thank you for the update. If he is playing on the iPad, then you need to buy the Minecoins using the Apple Store account that is on the iPad, not his Microsoft account. His Microsoft account would only be used if using a Windows 10 device or Xbox One console.
The Xbox Live profile associated with the Microsoft account would allow the coins and any content purchased with the coins to be shared across other Minecraft devices.

For example, if you play on both a Windows 10 device and an iPad and purchase Minecoins on your iPad, you’ll pay for the coins using your Apple Store account. Later, when you play on your Windows 10 device, your coins will be available along with any
purchases that you made in the Minecraft Marketplace. If you then decide to purchase more Minecoins on your Windows 10 device, you’ll pay for them using your Microsoft account and your coins and purchases will be available the next time you play on your iPhone.
Let's say if you later purchase a Fire TV, everything will also appear there when you sign in with your Xbox Live account.

So in this case, you would need to buy the coins through the Apple Store using a payment method setup on an Apple account. If you need help with that I recommend contacting
Apple Customer Support.
