Minecraft for win 10 - No sounds (ONLY IN THE GAME)

Hy!

Me and my girlfriend playing on two different computers, and we have the same problem: no sounds in
Minecraft for windows 10.

I checked /done:

The game settings: music and master volume at 100%

The windows mixer: absolutely no sounds for minecraft on any sound devices. I can see the Chrome, Spotify and all another programs and all another aplications, just the "Minecraft" bar missing.

Reinstall the game: i did it two times

All audio drivers: are up to date

Windows troubleshooter: did not find any problems

Sound effects on audio devices: disabled

Sound quality settings of the devices: i tryed more different settings

(edited Pressing F3+T or F3+S: did nothing (i mean anything else as normally the T or the S), doesn't "force reload" the game.

...and still no sound. I repeat just in this game,
all another programs and games are working perfectly, i mean the computer and the sound device(s) working without any problem.

Forst of all thanks for the reply!

(As i written,) the troubleshooter can't find any problems. Anyway now one more time i reinstalled all of the sound divers (what i checked before, as i written) even though
every sounds are played except this game (as i written).

The game quite exactly doesn't forward any sounds to the device. None of them. (As i written.)

I did some research online and found that running the audio troubleshooter and then re-installing the sound card drivers should resolve the issue. To run the troubleshooter: select the
Start button, type
audio troubleshooter in the search box, select
Find and fix audio playback problems from the list of results, and then select
Next. You'll be prompted to choose the device to troubleshoot. Then uninstall the driver:

- In Device Manager, right-click (or press and hold) the audio driver, and then select
  Uninstall.
- Restart your device and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.
If those didn't work, try using the generic audio driver that comes with Windows. Here's how:
- In Device Manager, right-click (or press and hold) your audio driver.
- Then select Update driver > Browse my computer for driver software
  > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, select
  High Definition Audio Device, and select Next.
- Follow the instructions to install it.

Try the F3 + S or F3 + T key combination
If you run into the no sound issue when you play Minecraft, try pressing
F3 and S at the same time on your keyboard to
force reload the game. If this key combination doesn’t work, then try pressing
F3 and T at the same time. Many players have resolved the MInecraft no sound issue by this fix.

Wait several seconds and then check if the no sound issue reappears. If not, it suggests that you’ve fixed this issue.

I did it, waiting for reply. Thanks for the idea!

Anyway i find this on the Mojang sites: with a windows 10 edition issue i need to visit the xbox support's page.

...but there is absoloutly nothing... I can't find a real contact adress or a form, there is just suggestions. And the best suggestion there is "to use the windows troubleshooter noob, if it does not help, your computer is a
[Mod Removed-Profanity]"... Ok, what?
