Minecraft for Nintendo Switch: Store Purchases disappeared...

EDIT: I realised after posting that I was logged into my Microsoft account that isn't related/linked to my switch account. I would happily provide the correct account info during follow-up on the issue!

Hi,

I used to play Minecraft (Bedrock digital download) quite frequently and made a number of purchases including a few months of a Realm. Until yesterday, I had no issues using my texture packs etc. while not connected to the internet. Then, when I finally
did reconnect after so long, it went to sync my Microsoft Account and deleted all Minecoins, Texture Packs, World Packs, and Player Skins. I've scoured the Switch settings and eShop for a 'restore purchases' so too the Minecraft software but have found nothing.

I would greatly appreciate my purchases restored!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue with purchases. We recommend reaching out to
Mojang support or Nintendo support. As the items are associated with an account other than Microsoft.

I own Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition and I’ve bought previous DLC. How do I get it to sync to Minecraft?

Log into Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition on your Switch account. This will sync the latest purchases.
Log into the Minecraft on your Switch and you’ll be automatically granted the entitlements for that DLC.

Note For every purchase you make on the previous version, you must first log into
Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition, exit, and then launch the new Bedrock version for purchases to sync. DLC purchased within
Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition will only remain on your Nintendo Switch device and will not carried over into other devices.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you purchased Minecraft for the Nintendo Switch, and you are interested in knowing if you can use the same version to play on Windows 10. The version of Minecraft that is available on the
Nintendo Store is not the same version that is sold on the Microsoft Store. The game uses a Microsoft account to link to the game, but the Nintendo Store uses a Nintendo account to complete purchases. The game does support cross-platform play. You would need
to purchase the
Windows 10 version of Minecraft in order to play on a Windows 10 computer. We hope this helps!

To set up Bedrock Edition on your Nintendo Switch for free after purchasing Java Edition in January 2022, you will need to follow these steps:

Log in to your Mojang account on the official Minecraft website.

Go to your account settings and look for the "Claim your free copy of Minecraft" option.

Select the "Redeem" button next to the Nintendo Switch option.

You will be prompted to enter your Nintendo Switch account details.

Once you have entered your Nintendo Switch account details, the Bedrock Edition will be added to your account.

Go to the Nintendo eShop on your Switch and search for "Minecraft."

Download and install the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft.
