Minecraft for Nintendo switch not working

Hey guys, I’m having TONS of issues with minecraft since the new update.

To start off, usually when I start the game, the screen looks like this:

the Marketplace tab is more decorative, and usually when it looks like this, I’m unable to log in with my Microsoft account to access my other texture packs and stuff. Also any skins i have on ny avatar immediately get removed, which bugs me. It logs me out
without my permission, so i have to reenter my information every time i boot the game up. The blue notification is rather worrying as well, because since that’s been there, regardless of whether i am able to log myself in or not, my purchased texture packs
are unavailable, and the marketplace says i have to repurchase them.

These
3 are the packs in question. I’ve already purchased these, and have even used them on my switch with no problems before, so why is the marketplace telling me I don’t own these when i actually do, and why is being able to login in general being so hit and miss?
For anyone who doesn’t believe me, here are the packs on my iphone app.

has been happening for a while, and I have no idea why. Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

There is an issue with the achievements on Minecraft for the Nintendo Switch. The developers are aware and are working on fixing them. There is an article about it on here. https://www.trueachievements.com/n54059/minecraft-xbox-achievments-nintendo-switch

By a switch I meant a Nintendo switch and when I get Minecraft invites instead of going to my Nintendo switch it instead goes to my mobile account on minecraft

Hi there SMF,

Xbox is having some server issues right now, which is most likely the root of your problem!

Minecraft uses Xbox Live sign in to play, that would be why you are unable to play.

Keep an out on Xbox Server Status for updates, or subscribe to the server notifications system to be notified when servers will go up! https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

If servers go up, and this issue keeps happening, contact or reply and ill try to help you out once again in more detail!

I can see you're having some issues with the Minecraft market place and with nintendo . could i suggest

jumping on the minecraft forums and seeing if the support team there could help at all.

Sorry to say, this did NOT help. It was a NIGHTMARE trying to find their support forums. When I tried to report this possible bug, it just redirects me to another page, and i’m forced to login with information I don’t have (apparently you have to have
a completely different account from your minecraft one to do this?) Either way, this seems like a cop-out.
