Minecraft for Nintendo switch isn't giving achievements

I got a total of six achievements on this game (it is already linked to my Microsoft account) and my Xbox app didn't get any achievements.

I go into my achievements page on the switch and there's nothing for Minecraft there apart from Minecraft dungeons.

I wish to 100% these games but I can't as I am not getting achievements from this.

Sorry about that. Kindly check your achievement online. Sign in at Xbox.com.

Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Xbox profile > Achievements. Select the title of the achievement that you're trying to unlock.

If the achievement appears under Achievements, it's already unlocked.

If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the achievement was not successfully unlocked, or the console hasn’t synchronized with the Xbox network. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place. If it hasn't appeared after 72 hours, try unlocking the achievement again or contact the Minecraft team so they can check this on their end for you.

The Minecraft team addressed the Minecraft Better Together Update for Nintendo Switch within the

Minecraft Better Together FAQ under "Why isn't the Better Together Update available for Nintendo Switch yet?".

You can already earn Xbox achievements on a Nintendo switch.

You need to log into an Xbox account on the bedrock edition of minecraft for Switch.

Happy to see that they are taking further steps into this now.

By a switch I meant a Nintendo switch and when I get Minecraft invites instead of going to my Nintendo switch it instead goes to my mobile account on minecraft
