Minecraft Feed Not Updating (Windows 10 PC)

I run a Minecraft Bedrock Edition server using Microsoft's Realms service. Prior to February of this year users were able to take screenshots and post comments to the server's feed. Something happened earlier this year that is preventing users (and myself) from being able to upload any new screenshots or make any comments. Strangely enough, users can still like old posts (but not comment on them).

I have already confirmed both my server and club settings are correct. I also contacted both Minecraft and Microsoft support and they both directed me to ask Xbox support, who then told me to contact either Minecraft or Microsoft.

Any ideas on how to remedy this problem?

Digging deep into this appears to be a bug on the Mojang side and they are tracking the issue.

Have you also checked that all your account privacy settings are ''allow'' or ''everyone''?

The update is to Minecraft Windows 10 edition that also works on Xbox, as the Minecraft you have is no longer supported, it still works as I still play it at times. But yes, the update message is for you to get the Windows 10 version that works on both
PC and Xbox, so you can save a game on Xbox and boot it up on PC and carry on.

I own minecraft "windows 10 edition" on xbox one but isn't availabile on windows 10....

There is no "Windows 10 Edition" on the Xbox One.

On the Xbox One, there was a "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" but that has been replaced with just "Minecraft".

As the others already said, "Minecraft" is not a Play Anywhere title, so owning "Minecraft" on the Xbox One, doesn't give you "Minecraft Windows 10 Edition" on the PC.

However, if you own Minecraft Java Edition on PC, you can log into your Mojang Account on PC, and can get a code for the Windows 10 Version.

Minecraft for Windows 10 is only for the PC. If you purchased and played on the Xbox, then you own the Xbox version of Minecraft. You would need to purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 in order to play it on the PC.

I purchased Minecraft for Windows 10 yesterday, updated my drivers to the latest version and joined the beta via the insider app. Minecraft for Windows 10 RTX beta was in the list on my PC.
