    Minecraft Favorites pack not working online


    Hi, my daughter tried to play minecraft today but xbox one/microsoft seem to think we do not own the software and directs us to the store to purchase the game. We own the minecraft favourites pack disc.

    We used to be able to play and have done so in the past without any issues, however we cannot anymore.

    We attempted to reinstall and it still takes us to the store, please can someone assist?

    Transfer texture packs from Xbox 360 to Xbox ONE?

    I don't know if the MS store offers the minecraft favorites bundle, but if not...

    you could find the code online for sale, maybe $8, gets you at least a few different texture packs and skins. make sure you buy from a reputable person though.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

    In regards to this matter, I was unable to transfer any of my previously purchased content on the Xbox One version to the Minecraft version.

    I know back when the Xbox One version was released, you were able to get it at a discount if you owned the previous version, and for a time you were able to download for free certain content that you purchased up to a specific date.

    However, due to now using the "Minecoins" everything was attached to your account. This DLC content is not even sharable using the Home Xbox features.

    In the
    Better Together FAQ     it is also not explicitly stated either. You can definitely try to check out the
    Minecraft Forums to see if you can find any additional info there, if your up to speed.
