Minecraft family account

I am trying to enable the online features on minecraft with my childs family account. If I allow all the options in settings it doesn't allow him to go online still.

So I try to remove him from family since the settings obviously do nothing.
Can't remove from group without removing consent...

I remove his consent and remove from family. Nothing.

Try to sign back in with his account and it requires consent.

Now I am going in circles because of this garbage website, garbage game, garbage settings and garbage support.

So lets go to the beginning since you can't make this simple for me in the least:
1. Purchased minecraft on kids account.

2. Enabled family group so I could monitor and keep him from online.

3. After awhile I decide to disable all those settings so we can experience online.

4. I go to reinstall everything, remove him from family group (which requires me to remove consent) and upon signing back in it forces me to require consent and add him to a family group.
5. Search all over the internet to get support and I am given a forum blog to complain on.

Hurray-

I can't allow him to join multiplayer games.

IT IS SO STRESSFUL TRYING TO SUCH A SIMPLE THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have so many fking spam text and emails from confirming codes and your system not registering to quit making me confirm. Not using inprivate so wth is the deallll. Moronic ****- beyond infuriating.
