    Minecraft Fails to load at 99%


    I purchased the Minecraft game off the store on Xbox one console and it loads all the way to 99% then fails. I have tried resetting the network, I have tried hard resetting a few times, I have tried resetting the whole console without deleting the games, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I have tried everything I can think of and everything I see when googling the issue and NOTHING is working this freaking game is making me pull my hair out!!! I tried calling Microsoft 3 times and everytime it sounds like I'm talking to someone through a tin can and they end up hanging up on me it really helps with the frustration of the situation what happened to customer service!!??

    I have the same issue with Minecraft Story Mode season 1 episodes 2-8. I own the digital deluxe season pass. The download gets to 99% then fails every time
