minecraft failed to sync wold data

my xbox woulnt let me sign in, so i reset and it worked, then i launched minecraft, said i needed to check my subsciction, but everything is up to date, i reach out for help, they suggested to delete my profile then add it again, i did that, launched minecraft again and now all of my worlds are coming up with the message "the world is not fully synced or has been corrupted. try playing the world on a console where its in a good state and try migrating it again"

ive tried everything i can think of, ive reset the xbox, cleared local storage cache, re-installed the game and nothing is working. ive tried talking to the bots on the mojang page, but that didnt hep at all.

how do i fix?

Kindly perform an extended powercycle by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

I did those steps , reloaded minecraft & my world is showing up but when I click it , it says “ Failed to sync world data , the world is not fully synced .....”

What do I do now ?
