Minecraft Explorer's Pack

Hi, I just bought an xbox one s Minecraft bundle for my kids. I was able to download the Minecraft game and the Story Mode game, but am unable to download the explorers pack. I went to xbox.com/redeemcode with all three of them. It shows that all three were
purchased and completed, but I can't find the Explorers Pack on the xbox. When I click on Install from my orders page online, it just gives me the code. I can't enter the code because it's already been redeemed. On the xbox, I went to manage game on Minecraft,
and ready to install, and there's nothing on either of those. Can anyone help?

Minecraft Explorer's pack

Hi

I have an Xbox one S 500g including Minecraft + the complete adventure (story mode) +Explorer's pack. (all downloaded and installed).

When my childrens play they have an access to the explorer's pack (with my account), but when they tried to connect with their accounts, they only can play to minecraft (without explorer's pack)...

I have configured the Xbox as "principal Xbox", so they can play with my downloaded games (minecraft...) but i don't know how to let them play with explorer's pack in their accounts (the pack is locked)...

This is an issue with the latest updated minecraft for xbox one. You may want to try the mojang support forums

You're looking in all the right places - it should be in Manage Game. Only thing i can think of is that you try to see if you can find it in store and re-download it.

Well, it seem that we have been lied to. I have the exact same problem with the explorers pack DLC.

I have the minecraft bundle supposedly redeemed on xbox one this morning. all appear in the rececntly installed list. can't click on them to play them. Codes cannot be re-entered.

Lucky we had another game on disc for Christmas morning so they can play that!

Hi all, we've got the same problem - bought the Minecraft XBOX One S bundle with Minecraft full game, Minecraft Story Mode and Minecraft Explorers Pack for the kids for Christmas.

Downloaded and installed the first two, but when entering the code for the Explorers Pack it came up with an error. Tried to enter the code again and it says we've already used that code so can't use it again! After spending hours this morning setting up
the Xbox (never had one before and can't believe how devoid the whole process is of decent instructions or intuitive navigation), this was yet another frustration we didn't need on Christmas Day - and trying to find help is either amazingly difficult or just
unavailable.

Really not sure what to do to get it working - we paid a lot of money for this and now have two disappointed kids and no help from Microsoft......not good customer service for such an expensive product! Wish I'd bought them a trainset or bike now >:-(

I am experiencing exactly the same issue... rather annoying since I ended up faffing on Christmas Day trying to get this to work for my daughter. I am not the only one seemingly who experienced this on Christmas Day...

I assume you found the answer by now but just in case it would be of use to others... You can actually only "see" your redeemed Skins, Texture Pack and Mash-Ups from within the Minecraft game itself.

The ones that are part of the Explorer's Pack will show as "Download" or "Owned" instead of having a cost associated to them. This was driving me insane!

Problem is that this 'redemption card' has a different behaviour from the others. I didn't expect the result to be found within the game and not show anywhere else...

Hope this helps someone and saves some time and hassle.

I am struggling to find the Minecraft game on any list to start it up. The only game listed in the FIFA game that we installed from disc.

I read somewhere that it might work to uninstall and re-install but i'll avoid that if anyone has any other solutions first!

Minecraft with Explorers Pack is Minecraft with the explorer pack (5 most popular content packs)

Minecraft Master Collection is Minecraft with 1000 in game currency, starter pack and creators pack

Minecraft is just Minecraft

You can buy the packs later if you just want Minecraft first

I recommend you to first buy Minecraft and then let your son explore the content first
