Minecraft exit error "gamelauncherhelper.exe error 0xc0000022"

Hello, I purchased Minecraft Bedrock and I keep getting exit error: "gamelauncherhelper.exe error 0xc0000022" I tried the trick using administrator but not help, any idea how to solve it?

I asked for a refund on 23 September. I received an email saying I should receive the refund in the next 5 working days. It did NOT happen, and I called the support twice, no one knows why I did not get the refund. Ages on the phone explaining to new people the bad story. I was furious. Asked to speak with a manager. He was rude and not helpful, he said to call 03448006006, I tried but not a chance to speak with anyone as it says it should be done online.

WHAT SORT OF SERVICE SCAM IS THIS ONE???????????? How can a respectful company such as Microsoft behave so badly with the end customer? I'm totally shocked, I lost the money, but I will leave a nasty review, totally unacceptable to rip off people like that, STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I can advise you other two things more, but if the issue persists you may need to reach Mojang support

A. Try uninstalling the most recent windows update, just in case it is the one that is causing conflicts (uninstall one and test, if the issue persists repeat)

But we can try more troubleshooting steps

A. Reinstall Gaming Services using powershell command

Press Windows key + X and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

Type or copy / past the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

Restart the PC and Open the Xbox application.

A blue notification with the following message is going to appear at the bottom:
"This app needs an extra component. Gaming Services is needed for playing some games. Administrator approval required. Install"

Select Install to reinstall Gaming Services, once installed check again

B. If you are using an antivirus in your PC please disable all the protections temporarily (or delete the antivirus for a while), reinstall minecraft launcher and give it a new try

C. Create a new local administrator user in your PC and try from there
