Minecraft error code for bedrock: drowned

I have seen replies to this question however people are saying they have the profile option in the game’s settings, therefore they can clear sign in data, restart the game and it works. However, I am not signed in as it has blocked me from doing so (due to the error code). I have gone through everything and I cannot find a single working solution (I have tried changing my password, updated to latest version and everything it says on minecraft’s troubleshooting website) and i have run out of ideas as I have effectively lost my minecraft account for no apparent reason which I am really upset with as microsoft’s troubleshooting system is utterly useless again and everyone who has written anything seems completely brainless

Sorry to hear about that, however, on what device are you specifically?

Though, Mojang advised that if you experience this error, you may need to fully close the game, reset your device, and attempt to log in again.

May I know exactly the device you’re using to play Minecraft?

Please try the steps below.

Restart Minecraft.
Open the in-game settings.
Here select your profile.
Under that, go to the ‘Clear Account Sign in Data’.
Select and confirm it.
Restart the game again and sign in to your Microsoft account.
