Minecraft Education Edition Unable to Sign In Error

We understand that you are having issues with signing in to your Minecraft Education Edition.

This might be because of some policies or restriction on your account that was set by your organization. The best way for help on this case is to contact your school IT admin in order for them to check on your account and grant you the permission to use the license on your account for the game. As much as we would love to help you, this is already beyond our knowledge and expertise, that is why referring you to your school IT admin is the best way we can do to help you.

Furthermore, we recommend that you create a post on this forum Minecraft: Education Edition Support. In that way you can get information from experts and other members who had encountered the same issue like yours. That forum is specified to the same version of licenses like you have.

Hey thanks no worries, I have done a screen shot of each section. I have labelled them in order. The last one even though it says to sign in it doesn't give us an option.

Ok, sorry my bad I miss the part of the Chromebook, if the authenticator app says it doesn't exist could be that you are writing the account wrong, sometimes we miss some letters for example or you are not using the Microsoft authenticator app that is the one that will work for that

Could you share a screenshot of the message you have on Minecraft? Probably you are missing the option to use a different authentication method
