Minecraft Education Edition Login Blank Screen

the game was working fine before but then when i signed out and signed back in it suddenly just shows a blank login screen

i've looked at other forums about this same problem done everything i could possibly do like running on administrator mode, uninstalling any duplicate versions, updating drivers, reseting my internet, clearing cache, waiting some time and none of them worked. pls help

Specs: Windows 10 Pro Education Version (OS Build 18363. 1440) 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Intel Core i5-8250U @ 1.60Ghz
8 GB RAM

Intel UHD Graphics 620

First check if windows 10 is up to date. Make sure your time and date are correct on your windows settings.

There is an "Optional Updates" button in the smallest print. Kindly check and go to driver, and download the existing drivers needed. Then restart, plug in the Receiver. Go to the same optional updates, and updated the driver.

Make sure that this is turned on "Receive updates for other Microsoft products when you update Windows" under Advanced Options

Check for store updates: Start menu, select Microsoft Store > More > Downloads and updates > Get updates.

If Updating the system doesn't help, I'll suggest you run a scan to check for problems and repair them.

Press Windows + R, type cmd, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to run Command Prompt as administrator. Next type sfc /scannow in Command Prompt window, and press Enter to start to scan and repair corrupt system files in Windows 10.

Could you please be more specific about the issue you are facing? Are you having issues with Office, or Minecraft? On which platform are you gaming, and what are the issues you are facing?

Take in mind that all users will need an Office 365 subscription in order to login.

However there is another article that covers
eligibility for Minecraft Education Edition that you can view here.

The short answer would be "yes":

"An eligible educator must be a full-time or part-time faculty or staff member at an academic institution and have a school-specific email address provided by the school (for example, contoso.edu) that can receive external email."

I would encourage you to review these articles thoroughly as to obtain a finer understanding of how this version varies from the rest.
