First, are you using Minecraft education edition using your school network? Or are you trying to do it from your house?

If you're using your school network, may I know if you double checked with their IT department if the network allows you to use minecraft multiplayer?

And, is this happening only to you on the network? Or your friend (or the other person) is not capable to play as well?

I still have one question. Where can I find this "IT department". Is it in my school or online? if it is online, can you send a link or help me get there? thank you for the help.

I am trying to play on the school network and my own. I am pretty sure that the network allows Minecraft multiplayer but I am not 100% sure. This is not only happening to me, It is also happening to my friends, and other people. Codes do not work anymore and the code connection thing does not work either. Thank you for taking time out of your day to help a student.
