It looks like you're experiencing authentication issues when purchasing Minecraft Education Edition and have tried the usual solutions (switching networks, using a different phone number, trying a different browser) and still can't resolve it. You can try the following:



1. In your browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac) to open the Clear Browsing Data option.
Select Cached images and files as well as Cookies and other website data and click Clear data.
When finished, close and restart your browser and try the purchase again.
2. Using different browsers and devices
If you've tried different browsers and the problem persists, try verifying with a different device, such as a phone or tablet, to see if you get different results.



You can also contact the support staff of the corresponding game to check the cause.

To cancel your previous subscription associated with your work account, you need to sign in to your Microsoft 365 account admin center page. Please note that only IT Admins have access to Admin Center so you'll need to reach out to your IT Admin for assistance with license management.
