    Minecraft Dungeson Simultaneous Play for GamePass


    I have Game Pass Ultimate and have downloaded Dungeons on my laptop and on our xbox.

    We are trying to play on the laptop and the Xbox at the same time but when I try to start the game after it is already running on the laptop, you get a message on the Xbox saying the game is already in use on another device and it prompts you to play here
    or cancel.

    I thought you could play Game Pass games on different devices simultaneously using different family member profiles.. Am I mistaken or is Dungeons a special case?

    Yes, Xbox is set as home xbox. I have tried both ways. Same profile on pc and xbox and different profiles.

    Neither way worked - same message.

    Hey there!

    It is possible for your son and for you to play simultaneously on a differenct console or pc. But make sure to play on another account. Make sure to have the account that owns the Gamepass is logged in on both the console or pc.

    However if the two are living in same household they can gameshare otherwise it can lead to a ban on both accounts
