minecraft dungeons won't load

hello, my minecraft dungeons wont load, whenever i try to play it will load into the menu and when i got to select my profile it seems fine at first but then it never loads my characters.

Hey, Have you tried to hard reset your Xbox or making your Xbox the "Home" Xbox again?

You can do the first option by holding the power light for 30 seconds or until it stops blinking, you can do the second by going to Setting then General then Personalize then my home Xbox! best of luck and feel free to reply here if these steps did not work!

I have tried everything and nothing has seemed to work it is continued to be stuck in the loading screen, I am concerned that I won’t ever be able to log back on to my game and enjoy the fun game I’ve spend hours paying and enjoying is there anything I can do?
