    Minecraft dungeons won't load


    Hi,

    We purachsed Minecraft Dungeons on the home computer and when we try to enter into the game it comes up with a message "please check your network connection and try again" however the network connection is working for everything else on the computer.

    Any suggestions? We have tried checking the internet connnection and uninstalling and reintstalling the game.

    If what's listed above doesn't work you may have to uninstall and reinstall the game.

    Hey, Have you tried to hard reset your Xbox or making your Xbox the "Home" Xbox again?

    You can do the first option by holding the power light for 30 seconds or until it stops blinking, you can do the second by going to Setting then General then Personalize then my home Xbox! best of luck and feel free to reply here if these steps did not work!

    I have tried everything and nothing has seemed to work it is continued to be stuck in the loading screen, I am concerned that I won’t ever be able to log back on to my game and enjoy the fun game I’ve spend hours paying and enjoying is there anything I can do?
