Minecraft dungeons will not open

I have tried a few other games and they don't work either. Its specific games that either don't install and give me a different error or this one. I have no clue how to fix this please help, here is a pic of what show up when I hit play

Windows key + i and go to apps, find Minecraft Dungeons, and uninstall.

Then open the Microsoft Store, search for Minecraft Launcher, install, log in with your Microsoft account, install Minecraft Dungeons. After that, you can play.
