This issue has been around for a while, there is a few steps below that may fix this problem.

Let us try to re-register Windows Store and check to see if it will help your issues.

1. Press Windows Key + S and type powershell
   
2. Right-click on Windows PowerShell and choose Run as administrator.
   
3. In the PowerShell command window, type following command and hit Enter:
   

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}



4. Restart your computer.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with Minecraft Java. The error message “no applicable licenses found” is usually caused by a problem with the Microsoft Store app or the Xbox app.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app.

Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.

Do this for the launcher too.

Clear the store cache by typing wsreset in the Windows search bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

If the issue persists, you can try running the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter or repairing the Microsoft Store app.
