Minecraft Dungeons Negative Enchantment Points

Even without enchanting, how have you not found one through dungeon-delving?

There are items with the enchant on them, generally I find them in dungeons. Usually they come on light armor, but I once found a pair of Orcish Boots with the enchant on them. They are always called "<Material Type> Boots of Muffling". I think the Daedric
"Ebony Mail" is the only non-footwear item with this enchant on it.

Just curious, how many points did you put in the first skill in the enchantment tree? It's called 'Enchanting.'

Because that's where you add your item power. You can put up to 5 points into it.

1 Point - Enchantments are 20% Stronger

2 Points - Enchantments are 40% Stronger

3 Points - Enchantments are 60% Stronger

4 Points - Enchantments are 80% Stronger

5 Points - Enchantments are 100% Stronger

Try putting some points into that, it should give you the boost you're looking for. With a 40 skill, you could have up to 3 points in it by now.

Disenchant = Destroy and Learn.

Be nice to have an option to delete an Enchantment, though you wouldn't learn it. Helps for unique pieces that look amazing already enchanted with something... there's a logical reason behind it, but it negatively impacts the player the way it is.
