    Minecraft Dungeons Login Not Working


    I bought minecraft dungeons and have it installed. I try to login to my account in the area in the beginning where it asks you to sign in to your Microsoft Account. I login then it says that I haven't bought the game even though I have. Can I please get
    help?

    Try to hard restart your Xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds. If this does not work, try to delete the game and re-install.

    Yes. But now if I open Minecraft Dungeons and Minecraft Java, its telling me to login. I am logging in and its saying I am offline. I am online but its saying offline. I restarted my PC and its the same. Minecraft For Windows is working fine. Can you help me fix this Christopher?

    You cannot redeem code on Minecrafty Dungeons site. I tried it and it didn't work. It worked on Microsoft store site, i can see in microsoft store, that i have Minecraft Dungeons. On Minecraft Dungeons site it still shows i have to buy it
