Minecraft Dungeons: Keep having to verify my Identity

After changing my password to my Microsoft account, when loading up Dungeons, before my character will display I have to keep signing into my Microsoft Account with no option to stay logged in on this device option. I have updated my shared experience via System Settings and have updated my password with Microsoft logins and Xbox Live logins and Minecraft Launcher.

Can anyone assist me by pointing out how I can make this automatic login?

Complete given below directions to reset the app in Windows

Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

Step 2: Click the Apps category icon and then click Apps & features to see all installed apps as well as classic desktop programs.

Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

Hello Clément, I am sorry for what happened to your child's account, and as you have already completed the account recovery form but were unsuccessful, in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However the ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

As it turns out, I had mixed multiple accounts and was trying to log-in with the incorrect email.
