minecraft dungeons items disappearing

i play minecraft dungeons on an xbox 1 s today i was playing and i opened on of the supply chests the items popped out but disappeared idk what is happening plz help

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. When you open chests the items go to your inventory. If you continue to have in game issues you will need to reach out to
Mojang support.

Hiya, I've followed your steps and Minecraft Dungeons continues to hang at "Preparing 0%" then disappears from the queue. MFS hangs similarly but then stops with an error code: 0x803fb107
