Minecraft dungeons issues

Around a year ago i bought minecraft dungeons. Today i decided to buy a ultimate dlc pack. After i bought it i needed to wait 7 hours to microsoft gladly give me mine game, and then i foudnt out i cant use that dlc pack BECAUSE I DONT HAVE MINECRAFT DUNGEONS APARENTLY. I am 100000% sure that i bought them on the same microsoft account. Microsoft just wont allow me to get the dlc's because i "have to own the game that is bought individually". Any ideas how i can fix it, if i can't allow me to refund it because you cant at the moment.

Just to be clear you're having installation issues with the Minecraft Launcher, not any of the Minecraft Products such as Java edition, Bedrock Edition or Minecraft Dungeons?

Minecraft is available on Xbox Game Pass

Have you checked your Order history to confirm the game and dlc are on that list?

May I know if you already tried repairing and resetting minecraft launcher?

Go to windows settings > apps > search for minecraft launcher app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

And double check if the issue is fixed.

Another option could be try reinstalling minecraft dungeons or delete completely minecraft launcher and dungeons and try again
