Minecraft Dungeons Hero Edition no longer launches

Discus and support Minecraft Dungeons Hero Edition no longer launches in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I downloaded another game using the xbox game pass, and now Minecraft Dungeons won't launch despite me putting the CD for it in.     Minecraft Dungeons Hero Edition no longer launches


    I downloaded another game using the xbox game pass, and now Minecraft Dungeons won't launch despite me putting the CD for it in.

    A screen appears saying "the person who bought this needs to sign in", if I sign in with the account that has the gamepass the game launches but the hero pass is no longer there, despite us having a physical copy of the game.

    How do I fix this?

    I just have the tax invoice option. When I click on Minecraft dungeons hero edition it says “Minecraft dungeons hero edition currently not available”. I do not have the install option.

    I bought minecraft starter pack and minecraft dungeons hero edition when i bought my xbox one s and when i put in minecraft it said it was with game pass and not the CD and i didnt get my minecoins and also i bought minecraft dungeons hero editition entered
    the code it said it was the hero edition but when i played it i got nothing and it was normal minecraft dungeons

    Thank you. if you're trying to install the game on Xbox App, kindly search Minecraft Dungeons Hero Edition - Windows 10 then scroll down in a bit you will see "Included in this bundle then click the first tile which is the "Minecraft Dungeons for Windows", you should be able to install it from there.

    • Workaround: Make sure you have the "Hero Add-On" installed on Xbox One by going toMy Games & Apps > Minecraft Dungeons > press Menu and select Manage game & add-ons. From here
      you can select it and install it from Ready to install. Yu do not need to install an additional file on Windows 10
