minecraft dungeons error at loading screen

I hope it's not late too late to say, "Happy Birthday!" We know that it would be happier if you can play Minecraft in your special day however an issue you have encounter might be needing a troubleshooting or assistance from support. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

We will suggest troubleshooting that you may perform chronologically and you may test the game.

1. Install update for Windows and if you are using Xbox app or Minecraft Launcher, please update them also.
   
2. Disable or turn off any antivirus, antimalware and PC Optimizer that is installed into your device. These might block your game and limit your internet access.
   
3. Check if you are connected to the internet. Run network troubleshooter. Launch Settings in PC > Network & Internet > under Advanced network settings choose Network troubleshooter.
   
4. Please check if you met the system requirements. Kindly check if your Xbox account also met the age rating of the game which is 10+.
   
5. Kindly check if there is available update for the game. Launch Microsoft Store > select ... at the top right > select Downloads and updates > look for Minecraft Dungeons.
   
6. If issue persist after following the troubleshooting at the top kindly seek assistance in here: Dungeons Technical.

The Hero - Edition of Minecraft dungeons isn't installing on my Microsoft store

when I install Hero - Edition it gives this error code: 0x803FB107

when I install Minecraft dungeons itself it gives this error code: 0x80073CF3

Microsoft please help me get Minecraft dungeons and please do the following verification.

Minecraft Dungeons will be on Game Pass, so if you have the ultimate membership, you should be able to play it on both PC and XBox.

On the Xbox, you can pre-load the Minecraft Dungeons now ready for launch.

^ Try leaving the loaded section of the dungeon (where the blac loading screen comes up) and then re-enter, try then.
